Once you are matched with an independent practice through the directory, you access your doctor through a secure patient portal. Messaging, appointments, and records, without calling an 800 number first.
The portal is available to matched patients after we launch with our first cohort of practices. Not open to the public yet.

See the ongoing plan your doctor built with you, not a generic printout.
How it actually works
- Find a practice through the directory.
- Complete the matching questionnaire.
- Choose a practice and enroll as a member.
- Receive portal access credentials from your practice.
- Use the portal for all day-to-day communication.
Portal access is for matched patients only. It is not a general-purpose telehealth platform, and there is no public sign-up. Start by finding a doctor in the directory.
